Province receives more than 114 billion VND of support to people affected by storms and floods

In response to the call for support for individuals in the Northern provinces affected by Storm No. 3, Binh Duong province launched a donation campaign on September 10. By October 22, the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee had received over 114 billion VND in donations from various agencies, organizations, businesses, and individuals through their bank accounts.

From the received source, the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee distributed 76 billion 700 million VND to support the provinces and cities in the North and Central regions. The remaining amount will be reviewed by the committee to continue providing support to affected provinces and cities.

To promote transparency, the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee will regularly update and publish the list of transfers made through Vietcombank and the Provincial State Treasury. Additionally, they will provide a list of direct cash donations from various units, organizations, and individuals at the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee through mass media channels.
