Reform of administrative procedures in immigration promoted

Provincial Police Agency has promoted the implementation of administrative procedure reform, creating the most favorable conditions for people, organizations and businesses to make requests to resolve administrative procedures, including those in the field of immigration.

To well implement the reform of administrative procedures, Party committees and leaders of the Immigration Management Department have regularly directed review activities, proposed amendments and supplements to unnecessary regulations and procedures that create time-consuming work, costs for people and businesses. In addition, leaders of the unit have regularly inspected, supervised and urged officers and soldiers in resolving administrative procedures, reducing intermediary levels, ensuring timely results in resolving administrative procedures; closely monitored, promptly grasped and completely handled problems of individuals, organizations and businesses; have not let the situation drag on or avoid shifting responsibility, which causes unnecessary costs and travel time.

Under the plan of provincial Police Agency Director, the Immigration Management Department organized a survey to evaluate the satisfaction of people, organizations and businesses with the implementation of administrative reform tasks in the field of immigration. The survey showed that the opinions of people, representatives of organizations and businesses rated the level of satisfaction or higher with the quality of service, reception and resolution of administrative procedures by the Immigration Management Department. Thereby, the unit has grasped the legitimate needs and desires of people, organizations and businesses when coming to carry out administrative procedures on immigration, thereby taking timely measures to improve the quality of supplying public administrative services at the unit.

In addition, the Immigration Management Department has organized to promote propaganda about the utility as well as the order, procedures and steps to implement online public services for administrative procedures in the field of immigration to help people grasp, easily implement while disseminating the provisions of the law on handling administrative violations in cases of law violations related to immigration. Through propaganda work, we have promptly disseminated information to people, organizations and businesses to clearly understand regulations on contents related to the field of immigration, aiming at improving the efficiency of law enforcement, minimizing cases of violations, contributing to ensuring  the local security and order.
