Protecting the Party's ideological foundation is responsibility of Party committees, every official and Party member

On the afternoon of October 24, a delegation from the Central Steering Committee 35 (SC35), led by Vu Trong Ha, Director General, Chief of Office and a full-time member of the Central SC35, held a working session with Binh Duong provincial SC35 to review the implementation of the 13^th Politburo’s Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW on strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation and combating false, hostile viewpoints in the current context.

Truong Thi Bach Hanh, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda-Education Commission and Permanent Deputy Head of provincial SC35, along with leaders from provincial departments, attended the meeting.

Under the tight leadership and direction of Party committees at all levels, all-level SC35s upheld their combined strength, generating a positive effect,  demonstrating the power of the entire political system in promoting, orienting public opinion and combating false and distorted information on the internet. These efforts helped inform and mobilize people from all strata to remain vigilant and reject hostile and misleading narratives.

Additionally, provincial SC35 directed press agencies to enhance their communication efforts to protect the Party's ideological foundation and counter false and distorted information from hostile forces.

At the working session, participants engaged in open discussions, clarifying achievements and challenges in the implementation of the Politburo’s Resolution No. 35.

Concluding the working session, Mr. Ha spoke highly of the proactive guidance of provincial Party Standing Committee and Party committees in carrying out the Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW. He urged provincial Standing Party Committee to further direct and thoroughly grasp the role and position of protecting the Party's ideological foundation as the responsibility of the Party Committee, each officer, Party members; have early identification of complex problems to proactively handle situations; strictly implement the work of protecting internal politics and protecting the Party and State’s regulations; further improve the effectiveness of information and propaganda work, spreading positive information in association with social life...
