Phu Giao district to convene the 2nd Party Executive Committee Conference (extended)

On Oct 14^th, Phu Giao District Party Committee convened the 2^nd Conference of the 4^th Party Executive Committee (extended), 2015-2020 tenure. The conference was to the implementation of socioeconomic, defense – security tasks of the district during the first 9 months 2015.

During 9 months, the socioeconomic condition continued to develop steadily. Production value of agriculture, forestry, industry, handicrafts, trade and services increased year-on-year. 6 communes of An Binh, An Long, An Linh, An Thai, Phuoc Sang and Tam Lap will achieve new rural standards by the end 2015. Social security, care for policy beneficiaries and poor people were performed well. Regarding education – training, the learning quality continued to have positive changes; excellent pupil rate increased 3.7%, weak pupil rate fell 1.6%. Cultural, art, sports activities also developed in terms of quantity and quality. Political security, social order and safety were secured.
