*Tet gifts presented to poor teachers and pupils in Tay Ninh

According to Phu Giao district’s Division of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, leaders of the district will organize 11 delegations to visit, extend Tet greetings and present 938 Tet gifts to policy beneficiaries, those who rendered great service to the nation’s revolutionary cause, revolutionary veterans and poor households with a total expense of more than VND367mln.  

Of these, 300 gifts are for policy beneficiary families, 127 for revolutionary veterans, 8 for martyrs’ offspring working for the district’s agencies. Each gift is worth VND500,000. 300 gifts will be also presented for people under social support and 200 for poor households. Each gift is worth VND300,000.

The district will organize a delegation to visit, extend Tet greetings and present 53 gifts worth VND500,000 each to the local soldiers who are in the national island area on mission. The Tet gifts-giving program has a total expense of VND394mln, extracted from the district’s State budget and funded by donors.

*Provincial Red Cross Society in collaboration with Binh Duong charity group and Happy Kids Entertainment-Trade and Services Company has also just visited and presented Tet gifts worth around VND16mln to poor teachers and pupils at Hung My primary school in Trang Bang district’s Phuoc Chi commune in Tay Ninh province (photo).
