The provincial Construction Department yesterday held an inauguration ceremony of Phu Hoa tenement and social housing area at Phu Hoa 1 residential area in Thu Dau Mot town. The tenement has a total area of over 4,000sqm and includes 5 floors with 117 apartments, meeting the housing demand for about 600 people.

At present, 104 apartments have been delivered to beneficiaries including public servants, officers and soldiers under the provincial armed force. The apartment rental price is at VND19,294/sqm/month.
