Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company is now one of the few companies under the Vietnam Rubber Corporation (VRC) with rubber productivity reaching 2 tons per ha. This trademark has gradually affirmed its prestige and position in the domestic and foreign markets. Thus, Le Quang Thung, General Director of the VRC said: “The Phuoc Hoa rubber trademark is pride of the Vietnam rubber sector”.

 One of Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC’s competitive advantages compared to other rubber companies is that its trademark has been built by workers’ardour and creativeness in production. This has helped Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC become one of the VRC’s big companies and affirm its trademark both in the domestic and foreign markets.

 In 2008, Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC was named among the 500 biggest Vietnamese companies and was ranked 87th among the top 200 Vietnamese companies by the United Nation Global Development Organization. This event has proved the efforts of the company’s staffs and affirmed the company’s right development policies over the past time.

 To achieve the above results, the company’s directorate has always observed the regulations in planting, tending and processing rubber products for the highest effectiveness. Noticeably, the company has bravely upgraded machines and built the on-site rubber latex processing system; built a quality management department under the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard and applied the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system and the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, contributing to raising its product quality.
