Place of receiving dossiers and returning results to be opened

On the morning of July 28, provincial Department of Home Affairs, Department of Information and Communications in coordination with provincial Post Office opened a service point of receiving dossiers and return administrative procedure results at Di An Town Post Office. This was one of the 70 service point of provincial Post Office that were simultaneously opened on July 28 in order to implement the Decision No. 1593 / QD-UBND of provincial People's Committee on the service of receiving dossiers and returning administrative procedure results by post in period 2017-2020. On launching day of this service, provincial post office staff received dossiers of people and organisations with 90 administrative procedures in the first phase.

 


Mr. Vo Van Tin, Director of Provincial Post Office, said that after the preparation time, Provincial Post Office had successfully implemented the receipt and return of administrative procedures according to provincial People's Committee’s decision. To carry out this service, Provincial Post Office has focused on recruiting human resources, training attitude of the postal staff to create satisfaction for people and businesses. In addition, Provincial Post Office has also applied information technology at 70 service points to provide maximum support for their staff during the receipt process.
