Morning Jul 21, Mr. Dang Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of PPC, had a meeting with Social Policy Bank in Binh Duong province to learn about operations in the first 6 months and tasks in the last 6 months of 2016.

During the first 6 months, provincial Social Policy Bank performed well all tasks from Board of Directors’ responsibilities to implement credit outstanding according to credit programs of the Central Government. In particular, the close coordination between provincial Social Policy Bank and all-level government has distributed timely funds to policy beneficiaries…

However, operations of a number of saving and loan borrowing groups still had problems; some households deliberately delayed paying overdue debts…
