Next is Dong Thap with 72.1 points; Vinh Long 71.3 points, Bac Ninh 70.79 points. The group of 10 leading provinces and cities nationwide includes Da Nang, Quang Nam, Ben Tre, Long An, Hanoi and Hai Phong.
