Provincial Customs Department strives to reach, exceed VND 16.8trillion in State budget revenue in 2024

In 2023, provincial Customs Department set up and implemented effective plans, focusing on implementing key tasks under the direction of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Finance, the provincial People's Committee and the General Department of Customs. The unit maintained its position as a leading unit in administrative reform, customs modernization, facilitating import and export activities in the area; maintained solidarity and built a purer and stronger unit. In 2024, the unit will strive to reach and exceed VND 16.8 trillion in State budget revenue.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Danh spoke highly of achievements done by provincial Department of Customs in 2023. In 2024, it is forecast that the world’s economic and political situation will have many unpredictable changes. To ensure the completion of goals and tasks in 2024, he requested provincial Department of Customs to further promote administrative procedure reform, customs modernization, creating favorable conditions for businesses; strongly apply information technology to all operational stages to further shorten customs clearance time and reduce costs for businesses...
