Provincial leaders make tribute visit to Monument of Martyrs, marking the 71st anniversary of Vietnamese People’s Army establishment

Early December 22, leaders of Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee, all-time veteran revolutionists and provincial leaders, the armed force, leaders of departments, sectors, units and relative families of the fallen martyrs, Thu Dau Mot City People’s Committee, and Thuan An Town had offered incense and flowers to Monument of Martyrs in the province to mark the 71st anniversary of Vietnamese People’s Army establishment (December 22, 1944 to December 22, 2015.

In the solemn and emotional atmosphere, the flowers and incense are presented to the resting places of the martyrs with deepest respect and gratitude to those who had fallen for nation unification and people’s freedom. Before the visit, they had visited army units and retired officers.

In over 40 years after the nation unification, Binh Duong Province has been with well implementation of decisions and policies of the Party and the State regarding the gratitude activities and preferential treatment to people of nation contribution in the hope that more and more families of nation contribution will be benefited. Up to date, 100% of socially-privileged families have the living standard equal to or higher than average living standards in other residential areas.
