Provincial Market Control Department handles 479 trade violations during 7 months

During Jul, Provincial Market Control Department inspected 108 cases, detected 57 violations including mainly 22 violations of price listing, 15 violations of commercial fraud, business registration… The agency fined more than VND372 million, confiscated goods worth nearly VND100 million. Generally, during the last 7 months, Provincial Market Control Department handled 479 trade violations.

Until the end of the year, the department will continue to coordinate with provincial localities to boost legal propaganda in commercial activities. At the same time, the department will encourage organizations, individuals to make commitments not to trading illegally imported goods, counterfeit and low-quality goods, products violating food safety and other regulations.
