Provincial NA deputy delegation conducts survey on digital transformation

Early August 19, provincial National Assembly (NA) deputy delegation’s supervisory delegation, led by Nguyen Thi Ngoc Xuan, Deputy Head of provincial NA deputy delegation had a working session with Tan Long commune in Phu Giao district about the local implementation on administrative reform and digital transformation.

At the working session, the delegation learned about the local implementation on administrative reform and digital transformation, learned more about the local advantages and disadvantages in handling administrative procedures at levels 3 and 4 in the remote commune of the province to have a comprehensive view, propose and advise the province on well realizing solutions on digital transformation in the coming time. On the same day, the delegation continued carrying out a field survey on solutions to handle administrative procedures at levels 3 and 4 in Ben Cat town’s Tan Dinh ward, propaganda on administrative reform and digital transformation; investment in information technology equipment to serve the people, the construction of e-government and digital government. The delegation acknowledged problems, suggestions and recommendations on solutions to solve administrative procedures and digital transformation in the locality.

On the afternoon of the same day, the delegation continued conducting a survey at provincial Public Administration Center. Reportedly, provincial Public Administration Center implemented synchronously solutions on handling administrative procedures at levels 3, 4 and digital transformation over the past time. The delegation also acknowledged shortcomings and their causes in handling public dossiers, online dossiers and digital transformation to propose and advise the province on solutions to well realize digital transformation in the coming time.
