Provincial People's Committee Chairman attends election opening ceremony in Tan Phuoc Khanh ward’s Khanh Hoa quarter

At 7 a.m, a large number of voters were present at the quarter’s office for the opening ceremony of the elections. Attending the opening ceremony were Nguyen Hoang Thao, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee; Truong Thi Bich Hanh, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Education; leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Tan Uyen town.

There are 1080 voters at the polling station No. 6 in Tan Phuoc Khanh ward’s Khanh Hoa quarter. It is known that the whole town has 167 polling stations, with 293,177 voters, including 84,070 voters with permanent residence, 209,107 voters with temporary residence. The work of ensuring political security and order as well as Covid-19 prevention and control are strictly implemented with plans and scenarios being ready to respond to all situations.

After the opening ceremony, voters at the polling station No. 6 casted their ballots to choose virtuous and talented people to serve the cause of national development. Mr. Thao also exercised his citizenship to vote in Chanh Nghia ward’s quarter 11 in Thu Dau Mot city.
