Provincial Public Administration Center has updated, publicized 461 administrative procedures; adjusted 39 administrative procedures and ceased the validity of 24 administrative procedures on electronic "one-stop" software under the local departments and sectors’ competence of receiving and resolving.
Over the past time, the center received and processed more than 159 requests for support and correction of technical errors arising in the process of using electronic "one-stop" software; created, adjusted decentralization of 39 accounts and invalidated 65 accounts; updated and adjusted 1,174 processes, invalidated 32 procedures for solving administrative procedures on electronic "one-stop" software. The center also received and coordinated with relevant units to handle technical errors that arise beyond management and operation competence to create the best conditions for people and businesses to make online records.
