Provincial Women’s Union organizes many activities to take care of women and children

Early February 19, provincial Women's Union held a get-together in early spring of the Year of Dragon 2024, briefing on the association's work and women's movements in February 2024 while  launching a peak emulation on the occasion of International Women's Day (March 8).

Truong Thanh Nga, Chairwoman of provincial Women's Union spoke highly of the activities of the association and its affiliated units before, during and after the Tet (Lunar New Year) festival 2024. During the Tet holiday, provincial Women's Union and its branches organized many activities to care for women and children; held folk games, "Spring Gifts for Children" booths, "Spring Market" booths, a program of giving spring gifts to disadvantaged people..., creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among units. Especially, the association’s branches organized a program "Spring in border areas warms the hearts of villagers" with border posts in the two provinces of Dong Thap and Binh Phuoc, giving thousands of gifts, building border shelters, worth hundreds of millions of dong...

On this occasion, provincial Women's Union also implemented main activities in February and launched a peak emulation campaign, implementing activities towards International Women's Day (March 8).
