Replacing and abolishing administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development

The provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on the announcement of new, replacement and abolishing administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, District People's Committee and Communal People's Committees.

Accordingly, there are 19 newly issued administrative procedures, 8 administrative procedures are replaced, 23 administrative procedures are abolished under the jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; 1 new administrative procedure issued under the jurisdiction of the district People's Committee; 1 new administrative procedure issued under the jurisdiction of the commune People's Committee. This decision replaced and abolished administrative procedures which were announced in Decision No. 1370/               QD-UBND dated May 28, 2016 on the announcement of administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, District People's Committee, Communal People's Committees of Binh Duong Province.
