Provincial People’s Committee has just issued Decision No. 10/2018/QD-UBND on coordination of functional agencies in the province in managing enterprises after their incorporation. The Decision is valid from and on May 01, 2018 and replaces Decision No. 14/2016/QD-UBND dated June 21, 2016 of Provincial People’s Committee.

The regulations focus on targets, principles, contents and responsibility of coordination of functional agencies in the province regarding the exchange, supply, and publication of enterprise information, inspection and examination of enterprises, revoking of enterprise registration certificates, treatment against enterprises breaching regulations on management of land use, regulations on business and business lines of conditions and other specialized legal regulations, the construction of risk management, reports on State’s management of enterprises after incorporation.

Compared with regulation enclosed with Decision No. 14/2016/QD-UBND, this regulation supplements the formalities of publication of enterprise information including publication on websites of State’s agencies, mass media, public gazette, State’s agencies location and elsewhere, approvals of citizen meeting, press conferences, press releases, operations of speakers of State’s agencies under legal regulations and other formalities, responsibility of agencies in coordinated treatment of enterprises breaching other specialized legal regulations.
