Binh Duong provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1952/QD-UBND on promulgating the time for the school year of 2022-2023 for preschool, general and continual education in the province.

Accordingly, preschools, primary schools, junior high schools and secondary schools will return to school on August 29, 2022. Primary, secondary, high school and secondary education institutions will hold the opening ceremony on September 5, 2022 when preschool educational institutions will also organize a school day for the children. The end of the school year of primary, secondary, high school and secondary education in the year 2022-2023 would be before May 31, 2023. The consideration and recognition of completion of the primary school program and the recognition of secondary school graduation would be before June 30, 2023.

Preschool institutions will organize the end of the school year before May 31, 2023 in conjunction with International Children's Day of June 1. The enrollment of the first graders in the school year of 2023-2024 in the province will be completed before July 31, 2023. High school graduation exams and national exams are according to regulations and guidelines of the Ministry of Education and Training. Public holidays and New Year's holidays are complied with the provisions of the Labor Law and annual guiding documents.
