Studying and following Uncle Ho goes into depth with strong pervasion

Early September 29, provincial Party Committee held a conference to review the three-year implementation of the 13^th Politburo’s Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW on further implementing the 12^th Politburo’s Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15. 2016 on acceleration of studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. The conference was attended by Vo Van Minh, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Loc, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Council; Nguyen Thi My Hang, Chairwoman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee and members of provincial Party Standing Committee.

According to assessments at the conference, after the three-year implementation of the Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, studying and following Uncle Ho’s ideology, morality and lifestyle in the province has really changed, with a strong pervasive power, upholding positive effects in life.

After the Politburo's Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW was promulgated, provincial Party Standing Committee promptly issued a plan to direct the drastic implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW associated with studying the contents of the 4th session of the 12^th and 13^th Party Central Executive Committee, creating a series of profound and meaningful political activities throughout the Party. The purpose of studying the conclusion is to help cadres, Party members and people from all strata  become more aware of the basic contents and great values ​​of late President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, contributing to promoting the work of building and rectifying the Party and political system; resolutely preventing, pushing back and strictly handling cadres and Party members who have degraded in political ideology, morality and lifestyle, showing signs of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation"; well implement the Party's regulations on the responsibility of setting examples for officials and Party members, especially leaders.

After 3 years of implementing the Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, thanks to the attention of Party committees at all levels, the efforts by the entire political system and people from all strata, studying and following Uncle Ho in the province has really reached obvious changes, going into depth with a strong pervasive power, upholding positive effects in life. Nguyen Thi Ba, a retired teacher in Thu Dau Mot city’s Phu Cuong ward is a typical example for this. Even though she is at the age of "seventeen years old" and her back is bent, every day she still roams through the streets of Thu Dau Mot city to sell lottery tickets in order to earn extra income, taking care of herself and poor students in her charity class. She shared: "It is from Uncle Ho's teachings that I have applied it to my daily life. What I feel most happy about is that I have contributed my small part to bringing literacy to children. I hope that through this class, disadvantaged lives will have the opportunity to change so that their future will be brighter".

In localities and in each agency and unit, there are also many good models and effective ways of studying and following Uncle Ho. The "Close to the people, close to the work" model of Bau Bang district’s Party Committee, the "Morning coffee - Exchange with the people” model of the Party Committee of Phu My ward in Thu Dau Mot city... are typical examples for this.

Vo Van Minh, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee affirmed that thanks to the attention of Party committees at all levels and the efforts by the entire political system and people from all strata, studying and following Uncle Ho, the province has really changed clearly, with many innovations, going into depth with a strong pervasive power, promoting positive effects in life. The practical results from the implementation of the Politburo’s Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW associated with the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th provincial Party Congress have contributed to bringing positive and comprehensive effects on all fields. Through the mid-term summary of implementing the Resolution of the 11th provincial Party Congress, 25 out 31 targets of the tenure were met and exceeded the set plan.

Making better changes

For the implementation of the Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW to go into depth and achieve better results, Mr. Minh requested Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Front and mass organizations at all levels to continue thoroughly grasping, focusing on well implementing some key contents in the coming time. Specifically, they need to further implement the Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW and related documents in association with implementing political tasks, building the Party, building the political system, emulation movements and implementing the Resolution of the 4^th session of the 12^th and 13^th Party Central Committes on strengthening Party building and rectification. Provincial Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Front and mass organizations at all levels select pressing and outstanding issues or shortcomings and weaknesses in localities, agencies and units to focus on solving them under the motto of clear work, responsible individuals and clear time to complete tasks, ensuring practicality and efficiency...
