Party committee of provincial Military held a summing-up meeting of 10 years of Politburo’s Regulation 76 implement in terms of “Party members working at administrative offices, keep in touch with Party cells and fulfill exemplarily civic obligations at residence”.During 10 years, Party committee of provincial Military disseminated, implemented seriously the Resolution and got practical achievements, namely gave introduction to join local activities to 4,104 Party members, achieved 88.17%.Every year, evaluation of Party members is organized at residence.
