Summarizing 5 implementation years of mass mobilization cooperative program in the 2011-2015 period

Morning July 15^th, the conference summarizing 5 implementation years of mass mobilization cooperative program between provincial Party’s Mass Mobilization Commission and Public Security took place at the hall of provincial Public Security. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem, member of provincial Party Standing Committee cum Head of Mass Mobilization Commission, attended the conference.

During the last 5 years, the cooperation between provincial Party’s Mass Mobilization Commission and Public Security to perform mass mobilization works achieved positive results. Mass mobilization force has been strengthened. Mass Mobilization Commission and Public Security coordinated to carry out emulation movement "Smart Mass Mobilization" in many practical forms in accordance with actual situation of each locality; develop and broaden many effective models of "Smart Mass Mobilization", especially in defense - security sector.

Collectives received PPC’s certificate of merit for outstanding achievements in mass mobilization works in the 2011-2015 period.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem emphasized, defense – security was a critical, regular mission. We have to consolidate popularity, define “people as the root”, thereby promote people’s role in combating crimes, preserving social security and order. Mass mobilization works must be regularly renewed in terms of content and form; expand effective models to enhance mass mobilization.

On this occasion, PPC awarded certificates of merit to 59 collectives and 113 individuals achieving outstanding results in mass mobilization works in the 2011-2015 period.
