TDM city’s Party Committee strengthens inspection and supervision

Identifying inspection and supervision as the leadership method of the Party with an important position and role in Party building work, the city’s Party Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and Party committees at all levels have always paid attention to directing the improvement of the effectiveness of the Party's inspection and supervision, contributing to preventing deterioration in politics, ideology, morality and lifestyle of officials and Party members, thereby contributing to enhancing the Party’s leadership capacity and combat strength, strengthening solidarity, unity and maintaining discipline within the Party.

Specifically, right after each congress, Party Committees at all levels have directed to thoroughly grasp  the resolutions, directives and regulations of the Central Party Committee, the Party Committees of the province and the city on inspection-supervision and implementation of Party discipline while setting up programs and plans on inspection-supervision for the whole tenure; regularly heard reports and direct the timely settlement of complicated cases that arise, thereby helping Party committees at all levels, Party organizations and Party members grasp the key contents of inspection-supervision; had good awareness of the position, role and meaning and effect of inspection-supervision on Party building; raised the sense of responsibility in abiding by the Party's regulations and the State's laws in the performance of assigned responsibilities and tasks.

Based on the tasks, Party committees and inspection committees at all levels have renewed the formulation and implementation of inspection-supervision programs; well realized coordination, not letting inspection contents and subjects be  duplicated between relevant agencies. The supervision-inspection contents have focused on such key points as the implementation of the Resolutions of the 4th Plenum of the Party Central Committee, 11^th tenure  in association with the responsibility of cadres and Party members to set the example; coordinated with relevant units in checking the results of implementation of thematic resolutions of the Party Committees at all levels. During the process of implementing inspection-supervision,  Party committees and inspection commissions at all levels have focused on improving the quality and effectiveness of inspection-supervision programs, thereby helping Party organizations and members under examination to uphold their results done while clarifying shortcomings in directing  the performance of tasks.

The city’s Party Committee’s highlight in improving supervision and inspection  is the innovation from direction of Party Committees at all levels towards grassroots level with more resolute direction, absolutely solving cases. The city’s Party Committee has also synchronously combined inspection with cadre work in association with strict and timely disciplinary consideration and enforcement for cadres who violate discipline. Since 2007, the whole city has organized 470 inspection-supervision delegations at 1,049 Party organizations with 1,361 Party members, 127 of whom were disciplined…
