The preparation for Horasis Asia 2019 is basically completed

On 14 Nov, Mai Hùng Dũng, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, Head of the 2019 Horasis Asia’s Organizing Committee, chaired a meeting with related departments and agencies to evaluate and review the preparation for this event.

According to the evaluation of relevant units, the preparation is basically completed. Department of Foreign Affairs sent 900 invitations to guests, including businesses, economic experts, leaders of ministries, departments, branches, localities across the country, international organizations, and diplomatic agencies. Departments and agencies cooperated to prepare logistics and reception works, such as transportation and accommodation for guests. Currently, the Security and Order subcommittee approved plans for mobilizing forces and ensuring absolute safety for activities of Horasis Asia 2019.

In conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Dũng appreciated the preparation of Becamex IDC and related agencies in the province. He also asked subcommittees to regularly update the number of participants, organize thoughtful reception, strengthen security and order, ensure food hygiene and safety, fire prevention, and promote propagation communication, hang banners, slogans on large roads about this event.
