The whole province has 85 social housing development projects

Binh Duong is a province with a developing industrial production, attracting large numbers of worker from other provinces. This is an important resource contributing greatly to the development of the province, but also creates pressure on the province in terms of accommodation, social security...

To meet the housing demand of low-income workers from other provinces to Binh Duong living and working, provincial People's Committee developed plans and called for investors to deploy social housing construction projects. Up to now, the province has attracted 85 social housing development projects with a total area of ​​3.9 million m2, of which total area of ​​social housing has been completed and put into operation is 770,000 m2. In addition, households in the province have invested and constructed about 180,000 lodging rooms with an area of ​​over 3 million m2 to meet accommodation need of 540,000 laborers, students and low-income workers. This type of accommodation has contributed to the settlement of workers’ accommodation from other provinces.
