Three gratitude houses donated to policy beneficiaries

Leaders of TDM city’s People’s Committee, on July 25, held a delegation to visit and hand over 3 gratitude houses to 3 local policy beneficiaries on the occasion of the 69th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2016).

Particularly, the 40.42-square meter house was given for Nguyen Thi Ga, born in 1942, who rendered great services to the national revolution and was awarded the third-class Anti-American War Resistance Medal in Hiep An ward’s quarter 5. The delegation also donated a house of 45.8 square meters to Le Thi Ca, born in 1926, the mother of martyr Le Van Gang in Tan An ward’s quarter 7.

Prior to that, the delegation handed over a house of 68 square meters to Nguyen Thi Truc, born in 1950, who made contributions to the national revolution and was awarded the third-class Anti-American War Resistance Medal in Phu Hoa ward’s quarter 6.

The construction cost of each house was funded by the city’s State budget with VND40million and the remainder from the local donors.
