On April 16, Fatherland Front Committee of Thuan An City held a conference to discuss the draft Project to "Review and adjust orchards combined with eco-tourism along the Saigon River".
At the conference, delegates contributed comments and suggestions for additional investment solutions and guidance for subjects in the project area; adding other fruit trees with annual harvests to attract tourists. The delegates also suggested that when organizing fruit tree promotion festivals, it is necessary to connect with traditional symbols and craft villages of Thuan An City; add more bicycles for tourists.
The delegates also proposed considering adjusting the data on orchard area and number of trees in the project, because the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project is currently being executed in An Son commune, thus the number of fruit trees and land for fruit trees has decreased...
The delegates' opinions were explained and absorbed by leaders of Thuan An City to supplement, complete, and effectively implement the project. Thereby, contributing to preserving and developing fruit gardens associated with eco-tourism along the Saigon River in the coming time.
