Thuan An City to enhance the management and use of lands

 According to People's Committee of Thuan An City, in May 2021, the city strengthened the management and use of lands, continued to grant certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and properties attached to the land, received registration of changes of land use purpose. Besides, the city strengthened inspection of urban order, management of construction planning in residential areas, quality of construction works.

Specifically, Thuan An City issued 7 decisions on recognition of land use rights, 1 decision on land allocation, issuance of land use right certificates, and registration of 6 changes of use purpose from agricultural land to residential land. The city also issued 146 construction permits, conducted inspection and post-inspection of 105 construction cases; posed administratively penalties for 30 violations and collected total fine of 295 million VND, of which 23 construction works were forced to be dismantled.
