Late Nov.8, Le Thanh Cung, permanent vice-chairman of provincial People’s Committee had a meeting with Thuan An district’s People’s Committee about the district’s implementation of three key projects of the Dong Tu General Cultural-Sports Services Center, the Vuon Cau Village and the road along Saigon River.

 

The project of the Dong Tu General Cultural-Sports Services Center has a total area of 41,250sqm for compensation and site clearance. There are currently many obstacles in site clearance. Meanwhile, the project of the Vuon Cao Village, which is invested by Areco Real Estate Joint Stock Co., has so far reached 90% in compensation work and is expected to be fulfilled in 2011. The project of the road along Saigon River is being adjusted by its consulting unit…

 

Addressing the meeting, Mr.Cung asked for Thuan An district’s People’s Committee to put focus on removing existing obstacles to hasten construction of these key infrastructure projects and make favorable conditions for investors in realizing them.
