Unity houses given for poor people in border region

Provincial Businesswomen’s Club, in collaboration with Ta Pet Border Post 807, handed over two unity houses to needy households of Nguyen Ngoc Dinh and Thi Sa Om (photo) in the border commune of Loc Thanh in Binh Phuoc province’s Loc Ninh district on Nov.6.

 It is known that each house is worth VND22mln, including VND20mln from provincial Businesswomen’s Club and VND2mln from Ta Pet Border Post 807.

 On this occasion, provincial Businesswomen’s Club also teamed up with TDM town’s Antenatal Clinic to provide free medical check-ups and medicine for more than 100 poor patients in Loc Thanh commune with a total expense of nearly VND20mln.

 The above donation is part of the “Sentimental attachment for border and island areas” friendship program between provincial Businesswomen’s Club and Ta Pet Border Post 807.
