Provincial People's Council has approved the payroll of civil servants in offices of People's Council, People's Committee of the province, districts, towns and cities; the number of people working in public non-business units and associations, unions with specific characteristics in Binh Duong province by 2021.

Accordingly, Provincial People's Council approved payroll of 1,707 civil servants and quota of 118 contracts according to Decree No. 68/2000 / ND-CP in agencies of People's Councils, Provincial People's Committees, districts, towns and cities in 2021. The number of targets assigned by Provincial People's Council in addition to the payroll quota assigned by the Government in 2021 is reduced to 72. The quota of people working in public non-business units is 24,950, including 22,437 people on payroll and 2,513 contracts under Decree No. 68/2000/ND-CP, of which: The quota of education - training and vocational education for the 2020-2021 school year is 21,622 , including 19,211people on payroll and 2,411 contracts according to Decree No. 68/2000/ND-CP; healthcare branch has 2,485, including 2,450 and 35 contract members according to Decree No. 68/2000/ND-CP; culture, information and sport has 292, including 284 payroll members and 8 contract members under Decree No. 68/2000/ND-CP; other branches have 55, including 492 payroll members and 59 contract members according to Decree No. 68/2000/ND-CP.
