To continue with promoting learning and following President Ho Chi Minh moral examples and styles in 2013, Thuan An Town Youth’s League directed its grassroots to practice good implementation with emergence of effective models influencing on the members. Accordingly, 261 books and documents about President Ho Chi Minh have been supplied. Action transformation Through the learning and following President Ho Chi Minh, good models and implementation of the league in grassroots have emerged with more integral profession among units and agencies. Notably the model of Thuan An Town Office of Culture and Information stating the specific duties and demands that members and staffs should be qualified for. Thus, 100% of the participants have been more aware of anti-waste and saving up. They have also been more close to the public with friendly services and profession ethics. Besides, golden diaries of learning and following President Ho Chi Minh have been fostered for members of Thuan An Town Yout’s League.
