On October 27, PPC held a review conference on budget allocation in 2008-10 period to estimate allocation for 2011-25 period. Evaluating allocation done, Department of Finance asserted that budget allocation has promote economic development and offered favorable conditions for budget collection across wards, communes, and districts so that tension on upper level budget was reduced.

 In 2008-10 period, districts have collected VND 23,593 billion to the budget while the pay out was VND 9,601 billion.

From now on to 2015, PPC demands to continue allocation as planned.
