From September 6 on, swiftlet rearing facility owners should report to district’s professional office while registered owners before September 6 should make their reports on December 31 at the latest.The owners should also report of their changes in scale and area of facilities and quantity of swiftlets on October 30 annually.Sound used in rearing swiftlets, from 6:00 to 21:00 should not exceed 70dBA, and no sound should be used from 21:00 to 6:00 next day.Besides, the facilities of swiftlets should satisfy the demands of construction, veterinary sanitation and disease prevention under regulations of Circular No. 35/2013/TT-BNNPTNT of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
