To test implement labor relationship profiles of enterprises

DOLISA coordinated with Center for Labor Relationship Development Assistance to test implement the construction of labor relationship for local enterprises of the province in 2016.

The test implementation is to create database necessary for monitoring and assessment of labor relationship in enterprises servicing State’s labor management and the grasping up of labor relationship status, especially of enterprises of high risks of collective labor disputes and strikes. Accordingly, measures for developing harmonized labor relationship within the enterprises to settle and mitigate collective labor disputes and strikes.

Therefore, the labor mediators will select 18 enterprises located in districts, towns, and Thu Dau Mot City or selected industrial parks. Based on labor relationship profile and technical guidance of the center, the labor mediators will collect and process information to construct the detail profiles for the selected enterprises in terms of reports, statistic data, surveys, interviews or group discussion with different labor relationship subjects as required.
