Vietnam Book Day fosters reading culture

The Ministry of Information and Communications has just announced a plan on the organization of the sixth Vietnam Book Day.

Accordingly, the sixth Vietnam Book Day will be held in association with disseminating the result of the five-year implementation of the Prime Minister’s decision on Vietnam Book Day among ministries, sectors, organizations and localities. The event also aims to encourage reading culture among people, contributing to upholding Vietnamese people’s moral values, fond of learning tradition…

This year’s event includes a seminar on “Development of reading movement among the community”; a talk show with exemplary people who have contributed significantly to the development of reading culture among the community…

Binh Duong is also implementing Vietnam Book Day by many forms, aiming to bring more books to readers.
