At the working session, representatives of Vietnamese enterprises in Japan expressed their wish to connect for investment in Binh Duong province in the coming time while wanting the province to further create favorable conditions for Japanese businesses in the province to operate stably and effectively, contributing to promoting the local quick and sustainable socio-economic development as well as further tightening the friendly cooperation relationship between the two countries Vietnam and Japan.
Mr. Duc added that in the coming time, VJBA will further call and introduce more Japanese corporations and businesses to Binh Duong province for learning about opportunities and making investment here as well as inviting Binh Duong province's enterprises to Japan for learning about the country’s investment climate.
At the working session, Tran Thi Kim Van, Chairwoman of provincial Union of Friendship Organizations informed the delegation of the local socio-economic development situation and emphasized that Binh Duong is always evaluated as one of the country’s leading localities in terms of socio-economic development and FDI attraction. Notably, on February 24, Binh Duong continued being named in the Top 21 of the World Smart Community for the fifth time in a row by the Intelligent Community Forum (ICF).
Mrs. Van and representatives of provincial departments and sectors suggested Vietnamese businesses in Japan to be interested in investing in the fields of trade, services, logistics, pharmaceuticals, healthy food, hi-tech agricultural production..., especially investing in the province's science and technology industrial park on the basis of industry 4.0, thereby contributing to the goal of connecting the business community between the two countries of Vietnam and Japan for stronger growth.
