On June 2, Phu Giao district division of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs in cooperation with the provincial Job Center opened a vocational training class on rubber latex exploitation for 40 rural laborers in Phuoc Sang commune.

In the 45-day course, learners will be equipped with skills of planting, taking care, tapping and preserving rubber latex. Those who meet requirements of the course will be offered jobs at rubber plantations. As planned, the division will hold 3-5 vocational classes for rural laborers in 2010.
