Volunteers commended for assisting online public services

On December 28, Provincial Youth Union, Provincial Student Association and Provincial People's Committee Office held a conference to summarize "Youth volunteers assisting people and businesses in performing online public services" at single-window departments at all levels in 2023.

In 2023, the whole province has 100 youth volunteer teams, namely, 1 volunteer team at Provincial Public Administration Center, 9 teams at Public Administration Service Center/district single-window department, and 90 teams at single-window departments at commune level. At Provincial Public Center, 61,648 people and businesses were instructed to perform public services online. Meanwhile, at the district and commune levels, 558,432 people and businesses were guided to perform public services online.

At the conference, representatives of District, Town, and City Youth Unions, universities, and volunteers shared difficulties in the task performing process; proposed solutions to operations at public administrative centers and single-window departments at all levels to be more effectively and efficiently in the coming time.

On this occasion, Provincial Youth Union commended 62 volunteers; Provincial Student Association rewarded 10 volunteers who actively participated in volunteer teams at single-window departments at all levels.
