That is the direction of Mr. Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of Binh Duong provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee in Document No. 4134/UBND-VX, signed on August 12 on the urgent implementation of the completion of the financial support package for rent houses for employees and workers according to Decision No. 08/2022/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.

According to the document, the progress of paying the rent support policy for employees, currently, is still slow while the time to receive applications is no later than the end of August 15, 2022. To ensure that the allowances reaches the beneficiaries, Mr. Vo Van Minh asked the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Management Board of Industrial Parks to strengthen information dissemination, urging and directing to guide employers to clearly realize their responsibilities in implementing allowances to support rent for employees. The units require the employer to urgently follow the correct order and procedures without incurring any other procedures outside the regulations. On the basis of the request of the employees, the employers promptly summarize, review and compile a list of requests for rent support by dossiers according to regulations.
In order to speed up the progress, the provincial Social Insurance, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities have increased their arranged staff to work all day of Saturday and Sunday of August 13 and 14 to receive and process dossiers related to Decision 08/2022/QD-TTg. The localities monitor the progress, provide decisions on approving the list and funding for rent support for employees to the district-level police station to make statistics, supplement information, compare and clean data on the national population database. The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities shall direct communes, wards and townships to inspect and supervise organizations and individuals involved in the certification of applications of workers renting hostels, and to promptly perform their responsibilities in accordance with laws while ensuring timely prescription. Any unit or individual does not cooperate, causing shortcoming of confirming the employee's application will be strictly sanctioned according to the regulations.
The provincial Trade Union strengthens direction and urges grassroots trade unions to coordinate with employers to review and make a list of employees who request housing rental support under the Decision. Relevant departments, branches, provincial Social Insurance and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities urgently implement. In case of delay, heads of relevant departments, agencies, provincial Social Security and Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities will be held responsible to the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee.
