“Youths joining hands to build nice quarters” program held

Early June 2, Thuan An town’s Youth Union in collaboration with Binh Chuan ward’s Youth Union branch organized a ceremony to launch the 2019 program on “Youths joining hands to build nice quarters”, absorbing the participation of more than 200 local Youth Union members.

Many significant activities such as setting up a volunteer squad with 15 members; offering 10 wastebaskets worth VND18million to Binh Quoi B quarter; giving 5 gifts worth VND500,000 each for policy beneficiary families…were held at the ceremony. Especially, Binh Chuan ward’s Youth Union branch also organized a “pink vacation” program. Doctors from Saigon Vinh Phu General Clinic provided free medical check-ups, medicine for elderly people, poor households and policy beneficiary families in Binh Quoi B quarter.

After the ceremony, numerous Youth Union members made environmental hygiene on 7 streets in Binh Quoi B quarter (photo).
