Today, October 13 is the 13^th Vietnamese Day of Entrepreneurs (2004 to 2017). In 20 years, the entrepreneur community in Binh Duong has been developed in quality and quantity. On this occasion, Binh Duong Newspaper reporter interviewed local entrepreneurs.

Mai Huu Tin, Chairman of Provincial Enterprise Union: Binh Duong entrepreneurs trust in provincial leadership

We highly appreciate the support of provincial leaders for Binh Duong entrepreneurs in the last 20 years. Through development, each entrepreneur has been close to development of the province as we believe and trust in local leadership.

Over the years, we are very excited that Binh Duong's leaders are always doing their best to improve the business environment and introduce good image of the province. Recently, against many bad news are the stories of acquisition of the toll stations to turn the parks in Binh Duong really making us feel warm hearted and ensured in the area where our businesses are operating. We always believe in a good, united, and solid relationship between the business community and the provincial leadership. We are committed to always accompany the province to maintain the leading position of Binh Duong in the country in terms of socio-economic development as well as an important business area in international field.

One of the remarkable results in the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization over the past years are the maturity and rapid development of entrepreneurship and enterprises in Binh Duong. Entrepreneurs of Binh Duong province have made great efforts in all aspects, from awareness to practical production and business operations. As a result, the business force of Binh Duong has brought into full play its internal strength, contributing importantly to the economic development of the locality and at the same time participating in effectively solving social problems such as jobs creation, poverty reduction, and social security assurance. It can be affirmed that Binh Duong entrepreneurs have increasingly played important roles in the socio-economic development of the province.

However, the further promotion of the role of entrepreneurs in the world integration stage requires open business environment and the legal corridors for timely solutions to difficulties and problems in the finance and banking sectors, especially difficulties related to the handling of bad debts and security assets for stable business development in the long run.

Binh Duong is one of the localities having the best investment and business environment in the country, creating favorable conditions for enterprises to do business. However, the authorities, local people and businesses should not be overly reliant on these advantages. If changes may be halted, further lagging is in place. Therefore, I hope that the business community of Binh Duong should adapt themselves and change themselves to catch the pace for wider integration.

Originated from a State-owned enterprise, after privatization, Biwase has entered the new stages with requirements for efficiency, transparency, production tasks, and yields in accordance with competents and efforts.

In order to meet the requirements and new tasks, I think that each entrepreneur must first do their assigned tasks well and attach importance to the application of science and technology in management and production to reduce intermediate stages. On the occasion of Vietnamese Day of Entrepreneurs this year, we hope that more enterprises in Binh Duong province will grow and contribute more to the province.

Thanks to integration to the world, the domestic business community has their opportunity to innovate technology and improve product quality. In addition, integration helps businesses and enterprises in the country learn and acquire the "good habits" of the world in the production and creation of raw materials for production, environmental protection, and development of community culture.

Entrepreneurs need long-term, stable, realistic, and strategic policies to invest and construct better and more sustainable integration strategies.

Nguyen Minh Hanh, Director of Minh Hanh Shopping Center in Thuan An Town: Binh Duong enterprises need capturing opportunities

In 2005, we realized the great potentials of the electronic industry in Binh Duong so we decided to develop our chain of stores. Binh Duong with great power from the industry and services, especially the large factories in the industrial parks synchronously planned as the fertile land for businesses to grow. Luckily, we have received great attention and support from the local authorities during the past time and have grown up constantly. Up to now, Minh Hanh has a chain of stores throughout the province and spread to a number of localities such as Dak Lak, Hue etc.

In business starting up, the opportunity factor is very important as the key factor for Minh Hanh to develop as today. Choosing Binh Duong to open a chain of mid-range electronics stores for young people and workers is our right decision. Therefore, I think Binh Duong enterprises, especially start-up businesses need to seize the opportunity and choose the right direction for their own.
