Seeking solutions for three-side linkage

Early September 20, provincial Farmers’ Association held a seminar on “Solutions for business linkage to realize a chain of agricultural products” at provincial Convention and Exhibition Center.

Attending the event were Mai Hung Dung, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee; experts in agriculture; leaders of sectors, departments, enterprises, agricultural cooperatives together with 150 outstanding farmers in the province.

The event focused on some issues relating to the role of advanced technologies in the agricultural value chain, the development trend of hi-tech agricultural models…It also discussed the role of research units in increasing the value of product chain and consumption linkage for agricultural products; the management, use of collective brand names…

The event aimed to make the linkage between scientists, enterprises and farmers, thereby advocating new models with hi-tech application, promoting sustainable coherence between production and consumption to improve the local agricultural economy.

*On the afternoon of the same day, provincial Farmers’ Association held a meeting between provincial leaders and outstanding farmers in 2019, which is part of a series of activities in the 2019 provincial festival honoring outstanding farmers and introducing typical agricultural products.

At the meeting, Mai Hung Dung, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee acknowledged suggestions by delegates and instructed relevant agencies to help farmers remove their queries for sustainable development.
