Cash collection and spending in the first 7 months of 2020 at the State Treasury, accordingly, decreased sharply compared to the same period in 2019. Total cash collection was 549 billion VND, down 69% compared to the same period last year, of which direct collection from organizations and individuals were 510 billion VND, down 34% over the same period last year; total cash expenditure is 554 billion dong, down by 69% year on year, of which direct spending to organizations and individuals is 168 billion dong, down 88% year on year.
