14 important works to be implemented in 2011-2015

Chairman Le Thanh Cung meeting chaired a meeting to approve urban development program of the province in 2011-2015 and until 2020. After hearing the Department of Construction presenting breakthrough program for urban development in Binh Duong province, representatives of several departments and sectors have additionally commented on the program, most of them were highly agreeable to urban development in the upcoming stage. Of those mentioned, 14 key projects should be focused in 2011-2015.

 Chairman Le Thanh Cung highly appreciated breakthrough program of urban development thanks to its high feasibility and scientific basis. Meantime, he stressed that the program is to implement the Resolution of the Ninth Provincial Party Congress. Chairman Le Thanh Cung also noted some issues such as economic development plan, budget houses for workers and low-income people, synchronous infrastructure processing, care of urban residential areas development as approved to become the civilized buffer zone without "ghetto", urban building regulations, etc. The urban development of Binh Duong must be modern, civilized, clean, environment-friendly and improving of people's live hood.
