212 gifts presented to needy children

Following the Journey of “Spring with poor children”, provincial Children’s Support Fund, on January 21, visited and presented 212 gifts to children living at provincial Social Support Center and Vocational Training Center for Disable People together with some poor pupils in Thu Dau Mot city.

Children at the centers were given gifts worth VND100,000 each while poor pupils received gifts worth VND500,000 each. Provincial Children’s Support Fund also donated VND70mln to the centers in order to take care of children during Tet. It is known that the above gifts were funded by Binh Duong Minerals and Construction Joint Stock Company and Nam Kim Steel Company.

On the occasion of the 2015 Tet (Lunar New Year) festival, provincial Children’s Support Fund is expected to present 713 gifts and give financial support for 4 social support centers with a total value of more than VND360mln.
