23 wasted materials trading facilities penalized

Thuan An town’s People’s Council Standing Committee, on September 12, held a conference to review the result of handling wasted materials-trading facilities causing environmental pollution, having a risk of fire and exploitation.

Reportedly, the town is now home to 235 wasted materials-trading facilities. The town’s People’s Committee also held a delegation to make inspection tours at 40 facilities; discovered 23 wrong cases with a total fine of more than VND790million…

For the task well implemented, the town will focus on calling for people and

functional agencies to effectively prevent illegal wasted materials-trading facilities, causing environmental pollution.
