Provincial Red Cross Society has just coordinated with its Volunteers’ Club to visit and present 370 gifts to poor people in Dakrong district’s Ba Nang commune in the central province of Quang Tri.

Particularly, the delegation visited and presented 350 gifts to needy people in Ba Nang commune. Each gift is worth VND1mln, including rice, instant noodle, sugar, clothes…

The delegation also paid a visit to a charity kitchen at Dakrong district’s hospital and donated 20 gifts worth VND1mln each to poor patients and VND5mln to the kitchen.

It is known that the charity program has a total expense of VND465mln, funded by members of the Volunteers’ Club under provincial Red Cross Society.

On this occasion, the delegation also surveyed and made a plan to donate 3 water wells for people in Ba Nang commune. It is estimated that each water well costs VND30mln.
