99.9% of dossiers received through National Public Service Portal

In 2022, provincial Department of Science and Technology (DoST) implemented administrative reform on schedule. The department promptly proposed and advised provincial People's Committee on submitting 2 legal resolutions to provincial People's Council for approval.

Along with that, the settlement of administrative procedures under the “one-stop-shop” mechanism was implemented in accordance with regulations and general softwares of the province were also applied at provincial Public Administration Center. 99.9% of dossiers on administrative procedures under the department's jurisdiction were received through the province’s National Public Service Portal and National Single Window Portal. Provincial DoST also asked for competent authorities to simplify the composition of the dossiers of the two administrative procedures under its jurisdiction.
